I recently had a birthday, and I realized something that I have always believed inside, that truly everyday we wake up, each new day we are alive is our birthday. If we could somehow harness the excitement most people feel on their birthday, and birth that energy and emotion each day we awaken; imagine then the beauty and happiness we could enjoy with each new day! The creation and celebration of our life, of our energy shared with the world, and the Universe. Each day of our lives is a celebration of the gift of this life, what a blessing we have been given. I will continue to see my life in this light, and send the intention that this present moment is also a re-birth; an opportunity to be and do anything I dream, that I can create with my heart. Every moment of our lives is a new dawn...A rising sun shinning light into the promise of this gift of life that has been given freely to us. May we all learn to embrace each moment with an open mind, open heart, and without an agenda. Many blessings to you all today and everyday, Namaste

Love is such an important thing to us all; even to those who aren't conscious of it's importance, there is a fundamental need to be loved and share love at the center of each of us. Yet, how many people share what real love means, what it truly is to give unconditional love to another. In order to give love to another, you must have it for yourself. There must be within you a space you have created, a universe essentially filled with love of the self, and love of that which you have created...your life...it is after this creation within yourself, you can then share that creation, that universe with another. Respectively, that also means in order to really share in unconditional love, that other person must have created that same space; a space of peace, wholeness, gratitude.. without this type of exchange, there will always be imbalance and disharmony within the relationship. There will be a tug of war between ego and fear, and love and faith. When you are able to share in unconditional love, you are able to be present for your loved one, open-hearted and aware of their energy and communication. This requires a stillness and peace within you, to be present to listen and feel someone else's passions and dreams...their experience. The paradox is, if you have not built this kind of presence for yourself, this ability to be present and feel without ambivalence or judgment; than how can you possibly do it for another. You can only share what you have to share, give what you have to give; anything else is an illusion the ego creates to feel secure. What is ironic, is that this type of behavior is what keeps people from having healthy, deep emotionally connected relationships; even though that's what drives them to have the behavior, because it's coming from a space of lack. When we are filled up with our own love, and contentment in life, then we have a space to offer another to come share with us...It is about giving and sharing, not seeking and needing...no one can fill that space but you and your source of love, God or as some would say the Universe. Blessings and love to you always, Namaste Carrie Lynn

How many of your relationships are based on love, trust, and understanding…how many of you do things without the thought of what will happen next…do you do things for your partner, children, and your friends without keeping track of who does what…do you give each other space to be individuals and express each other’s natural talents…do you show loving support of their talents without become jealous or envious of what they create and manifest…

It is important to mention also that when we speak of these relationships, and you have answered yes to these ideals…yet…part of you feels that your partner or friend is not vibrating in this same space…then please know this is your life…your experience…and it is up to you to design a life that is happy and fulfilling for you...it is loving yourself to choose relationships that are rewarding and promote your joy and growth…it is very empowering when we can detach from these unbalanced relationships with love…sending blessings and light on their journey…fearlessly walking on your own unique path that is authentic to you and your beingness…

Mastering the ego has been an interesting mountain to climb…and each time I pause to witness where I have come and look at the beautiful view…it is more inspiring to keep on climbing…we are never leaving people behind…or abandoning them…as my ego has tried to have me believe in the past…for they can climb…they can walk…they can choose…

All of us here on this beautiful Mother Earth have the same opportunities…we can watch the magic of the sunrise and sunset…we can feel the touch wind on our face and hear the trees blowing together in music…we can stare at the majesty of the Moon and her stars…we each can choose to sing, dance, and laugh together in pure love…each moment we choose the happiness of our lives…no one else is responsible…or can make that choice for you…happiness is our choice…and love flows through us and is shared when we allow it to be free…

Blessings and love to you! Namaste, Carrie Lynn

Transforming through the love within

When we think about the word compassion, what comes to mind? Maybe thoughts such as love, kindness and empathy perhaps; possibly mutual respect and gentleness; when I think of compassion, I think of it as love in action. The ability to feel the pain, struggle, or hopes of another; to have the stillness and open heartedness to prevent the ego from blocking the vulnerability of feeling another’s plight, or circumstance. To have the fearlessness to welcome in the energy and desires of another; to truly feel what it must be like to walk in this world in their shoes. Can we really have true leadership without compassion? Wouldn’t that mean it would merely be the blind leading the blind without it? When we have learned to open our own hearts, to heal our wounds of life, and welcome and embrace our divine true nature of unconditional love; this is when life becomes transformational, and all people and situations become our teachers. We welcome all people to shine their light into our worlds, and do not label one more valuable than the other, or one being superior to the next. We see how each soul’s energy adds to the brilliance of this Universe and has unlimited potential to share with us all. A compassionate leader does not limit, or discriminate the value and purpose each person brings to their world. We can use examples such as King Arthur, Nelson Mandala, and Martin Luther King; each of these beings encouraged and exemplified the importance of each individuals voice and equality within the world. That compassion, understanding, and love is what carried their message through distance and time to reach us all. To bring this to a personal level with you and I, we have the same choice every day; be it a co-worker, sister, mother, child, or a passerby on the street, we have a choice to be that love in action, to lead by the example of our own beingness, our own awakened and open heart; that shines that love and belief out to our worlds around us, and that is what transforms our world. When each person liberates themselves from fear, and compassionately gives love from their hearts, then we all become compassionate leaders of the spirit. When each of us takes a moment to ponder and visualize this thought, imagine the world we lived in if each person lived this ideal.

Namaste; blessings and love, Carrie Lynn States

When we have reawakened the consciousness of living from our hearts, and being our authentic selves...then there is no longer the need, desire, or reasoning to judge another's actions or beliefs...when we know who we are, what gives us harmony, and how to give love to ourselves, unconditionally...then the experience of conflict with others transforms to love and peace; as the realization that it is only the conflict within our minds that exists...when you are in harmony in all levels of your being, mentally, emotionally. physically, and spiritually...then our connection to others expands to appreciation and gratitude...as our hearts are open to sending love, in place of judgment on another...we see that judging them, would be judging ourselves, which is not love; judging is fear...when you live love in action, you can have the experience of loving another whether they are saying, doing, or being what you would have judged in the past as good or bad...you can embrace the moment the same way one may delight in the moment a butterfly comes flying by you, gentle, beautiful, and spectacular...you feel honored and blessed by such an event, you say thank you as it flutters on the wind in a harmonious synergy with the flow of life...can you imagine your life if you could see and feel, that each moment of exchange with a person in your world, is no different from that magical moment with a butterfly...we, each one of us, are that beautiful and spectacular...Namaste and blessings to you 8.

Love is our true nature...
It is what we are made of...
Unlimited creative energy...
Which is magnified through co-creation...
Sharing energy...
Opening your heart...
Giving love to others...
We are here to share...
To be fearless in love...
Awakening our heart centers...
Quieting the ego...
We can be in the stillness of true wisdom...
That giving is receiving...
There is abundance in the Universe...
We can learn to live from our hearts...
To be selfless love in action...
Within this present moment...
Such a gift is this...
